ABOUT:
Clay Howard & the Silver Alerts is a new band fronted by, yep- Clay Howard- a 25 year veteran of the NC music scene.
The band was formed in the Spring of 2015 to play the new original music from the former singer of stratocruiser, Barely White, Diggin' Taters and other bands dating back to the late 1980's. "Who the Hell is Clay Howard?", was released in April of 2015 and produced several independent radio hits, with PopGarden Radio (WMEL FL) naming "Send Me An Angel" the #1 song of that year.
2019 saw the release of "Clay Howard doesn't know who you are either.." and a limited edition 12 in. vinyl release. The album has also spawned 2 full-production videos and garnered a great deal of praise.
The band is made up of Clay Howard, Chad Huskey, Davidson Smith and jack Getz- all NC music veterans who are out for one thing- to have fun on stage.
